Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that personalized and custom-made orders may require additional processing time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping – Estimated delivery within 5–14 business days (where available)
Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our website for current promotions.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email at soarcreations1@gmail.com so you can monitor your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at soarcreations1@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
